Tre Cime di Lavaredo
Tre Cime di Lavaredo
The vertical heart of the Dolomites
The Tre Cime di Lavaredo are among the most recognisable mountains in the Dolomites, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Sharp lines, vertical walls, one of those places you recognise immediately. The loop around the Tre Cime is a simple and scenic route, suitable even for those who are not used to walking much. You walk between mountain huts and open spaces, with your gaze always returning there, to the Tre Cime.
It is a very popular destination, especially in summer.
Si raggiungono da Misurina, salendo verso il Rifugio Auronzo, punto di partenza del giro.
In recent years access has changed:
● Car access is by online booking only, with limited spaces
● A toll is required for the scenic road (around €40 per car)
● Alternatively, you can go up by shuttle (booking required) or on foot.
